Family Law Attorney The candidate will help manage a busy family law docket consisting of divorces, modifications, enforcements, child custody, grandparents' rights, CPS cases and other family matters. Will be preparing for trial and evidentiary hearings; conducting and defending depositions; presenting and responding to discovery, motion writing; and successfully negotiating and facilitating mediation and/or conflict resolution. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience working with family law cases. Must be licensed in the State of Texas and in good standing, should be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.
