Professional Liability Litigation Attorney The candidate will be expected to participate in and oversee written discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments. Should have a JD from an ABA-approved Law School with admission to the NJ Bar and 1+ years of experience handling professional liability litigation cases. Must have excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills. Must be a motivated attorney seeking to grow with an expanding practice. Outstanding research, writing, and oral advocacy skills required. Should have the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
