Legal Secretary The candidate must have 4+ years of recent experience. Litigation experience is a plus. Excellent oral, written and proofreading skills essential. Experience with federal and state filing and e-filing procedures needed. Must have familiarity with calendaring. Should be experienced in preparing pleadings, discovery requests and responses. Must be experienced in organizing and maintaining electronic files/documents. Proficiency with Word (including generating Table of contents and Table of Authorities), Excel and Adobe Acrobat needed.
