Bilingual Personal Injury Senior Case Manager/Paralegal Responsibilities: Prosecute a case load of approximately 80-100 files with an assistant. Managing a case load of primarily auto accident and slip and fall cases from intake and opening through settlement and closing. Intake, opening, file management, management of assistants, medical management of client s treatment, attending medical appointments with clients, scheduling, demand preparation and drafting, negotiations, closing settlement statements and medical balance negotiations. Draft litigation complaints, discovery responses, preparation mediation notebooks, depo prep, hearing prep and trial preparation. Qualifications: Experience is a must in all aspects of pre-litigation. Litigation is helpful but we are willing to train an exceptional pre-litigation candidate. Leadership and Management of staff. Teamwork. High standards. Ability to leave personal issues, attitude and ego at the door. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
