Litigation Attorney The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years litigation experience in either personal injury or insurance defense. Creativity, pragmatism, and the ability to manage an active litigation caseload are all qualities that will help the ideal candidate succeed and flourish in this position. We have several cases ready for trial once jury trials resume, so there will be opportunities for trial preparation and to fill the role of 2nd or 3rd chair on large cases at trial.
