Litigation Associate Attorney Candidate will be responsible for high volume case load, motion practice, daily court appearances as well as client interaction. Will include: Daily court appearances; negotiation with opposing counsel; client interaction and intake; Legal research and writing; motion practice. Qualifications: Must be an admitted attorney, for a promising Associate position in Business litigation, Consumer Debt Defense, Family/Divorce, Child Custody, Criminal Defense, Civil Rights and Civil Litigation. Must be admitted to practice in NY. NJ admission is a bonus. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Must have: 1+ years of litigation experience. Litigation experience is necessary in either business/corporate; civil rights; employment; divorce/ family law; or another area of practice. Detail oriented. Able to deal with responsibility of large case load; HIGHLY organized; able to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
