Responsibilities: Interacting directly with clients in English and Spanish; Evaluating cases; Conducting discovery; Making court appearances; Law and Motion. Must be Spanish speaking. Experience working in litigation preferably in the labor or employment law setting is required. Should have experience with trial, case investigation, legal analysis, discovery, and law and motion. Must have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. should have experience with Word Perfect, Microsoft Office, and Clio.
