Criminal Attorney The candidate will perform hearings in Trial Courts in Collin, Ellis, Dallas, Tarrant, and Rockwall and surrounding counties in Criminal Law cases. Negotiate good plea bargains deals for individuals charged with Felonies and Misdemeanors. Ability to work an communicate effectively with individuals of very diverse backgrounds. Meet with Potential and Current Clients giving an extremely high level of customer service. You will have trials and hearings. If you are afraid to go to trial or speak in front of a jury or judge this is not the position for you. Manage traffic ticket dockets and follow up with clients. This is a customer service oriented firm. We need individuals who take pride in doing the best job they can for our clients. We are willing to train, extensive experience is not necessary. People skills and strong work ethic will compensate for lack of experience.
