Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate should be experienced (3+ years) personal injury lawyer. Familiarity with discovery and litigation and excellent research and writing skills required. This position will primarily entail handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases along with managing a staff member(s) working with the lawyer on the cases. The lawyer will be supported by skilled legal assistant(s) who will help lead client communications, prepare documents, and all demands related to your cases. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Excellent computer, analytical, and database skills are essential. Active member of the Illinois State Bar (Preferred).
