PIP Attorney The candidate should have 1 - 3 years trial experience and PIP (Personal Injury Protection) experience. Must have ability to manage and oversee a large case load. Attend depositions and hearings. Preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums and discovery. Respond to complaints, discovery requests and file motions with the court as needed. Handle all aspects of litigation up and through trial of the case and assisting senior attorneys in trial. 1-2 years of PIP (Personal Injury Protection) experience a plus. Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar. Excellent communication, speaking, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision making and relationship building skills are required.
