Legal Secretary- Part Time The candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers; Corresponding with counsel, court, clients, witnesses, vendors; Calendaring and Monitoring deadlines; Court filings and Service of Documents; Drafting letters and documents. Should have 3+ years working experience as a legal secretary. Should be proficient with WordPerfect and Microsoft Word; Excellent English language skills; Ability to type 70+ WPM; Familiarity with law, court system, legal procedures and protocols; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure; Able to take direction and work independently with little supervision; Highly organized and detail-oriented.
