Immigration Paralegal The candidate will possess experience preparing a full range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients. Must be a detail-oriented self-starter who has ability to handle multiple priorities and work well independently and as part of a team. Strong administrative, organizational, communication and writing skills are required. Assisting attorneys in document review and all aspects of case preparation. Drafting petition support letters. Maintaining correspondence with clients and collecting evidence and visa documentation from clients. Conducting case audits. Corresponding with government officials. Maintaining client databases with respect to approval and validity dates of visa petitions. Assisting with special projects, as necessary. The position requires a 4-year college degree. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of U.S. business immigration experience preparing a full range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients, but entry level candidates with exceptional writing and communication skills will be considered.
