ESG/CSR Career Attorney The candidate will be expected to be able to counsel clients on the legal and business implications of ESG, CSR and business and human rights matters. Responsibilities will include advising clients on policies and procedures, legal requirements and voluntary and mandatory disclosures; transactional due diligence; contributing to firm thought leadership; and tracking new legislation and other developments. Must have 3 years of substantive subject matter expertise. Strong academic credentials and admitted to state bar in which they reside, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly, will be required.
