Litigation Paralegal The candidate will manage e-discovery, redaction, duplicating and indexing documents. With attorney's upervision prepare chronologies of facts and production charts, perform's earches and cull relevant information, organize pleadings, exhibits and appendices for filings, organize relevant documents for attorney review for witness interviews and depositions, and assist attorneys in trial preparation. Assist with preparation of pleadings and discovery in federal and's tate court matters and arbitration proceedings. Assist with preparation of federal and's tate administrative filings. Analyze, review and organize documents and data from materials produced during discovery; and, prepare/coordinate document production and responses to discovery requests. Prepare deposition and record's ubpoenas according to's tate and federal regulations; coordinate production of third-party records and's ummarize's ome; prepare deposition outlines and's ummaries. Analyze and review privileged documents. Trial and arbitration preparation; preparation and management of trial exhibits and other trial related assistance. Prepare initial drafts of various pleadings and discovery documents in matters before Federal Administrative Law Judges. Presentation of case's ummaries and courses of action to's upervising attorneys. Conducting legal research, including but not limited to, Lexis and Pacer research. Cite-checking and's hepardizing and assistance with motion preparation. Liaison with courts and litigation vendors, including process's ervers and couriers. Prepare responses to audit requests. Keep abreast of developments, procedures and rules in the forums where the office practices. Demonstrate basic's trategic thinking and initiative with case assignments. Maintain calendars, provide attorney billing/invoice processing's upport, complete reports and enter time records and create new file and update client matter reports. Address client case's tatus inquiries, including's teps in process remaining, processing times, and consular appointment issues. Witness interviews and preparation of interview's ummaries, prepare government agency filings. Extensive's ubpoena's ervice, editing documents.'s trong interpersonal's kills, detail orientated with exceptional analytical's kills. 5 years minimum legal experience is a plus, preferably in employment law are required. Reliability, teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to multi-task are essential. Proficiency in Windows environment including Word, Outlook and Excel. Must be proactive with's trong organizational and interpersonal's kills. Knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedures. Well versed in trial preparation. Ability to work under pressure/deadlines and to perform multiple tasks's imultaneously;'s elf-motivated. Experience with class-actions, and wage and hour productions a plus.'s olid working knowledge of CaseMap, TrialMap, and Trial Director. Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Paralegal degree or related certificate, high's chool diploma or equivalent minimum. ABA Paralegal Certificate highly preferred.
