Family Or Litigation Attorney The candidate should have experience in family law or civil litigation. At least 1 year of experience or extensive clerking and/or clinical experience in one of these areas is a prerequisite. Will be responsible for performing legal work for three attorneys drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery and performing court coverage. Responsibilities will increase based on experience and skill level.
