Associate Attorney (Domestic Relations & Criminal Defense) The candidate must be licensed and in good standing in Ohio. The candidate must have at least 1 year of true domestic relations law experience handling custody and divorce cases. The normal caseload for the position will be between 25-35 cases. The candidate must be able to handle this caseload with autonomy/limited supervision. The candidate must be able to handle prospect telephone calls and convert the prospects to clients. The firm provides a billing department, a legal assistant, front desk receptionist, and a telephone receptionist for incoming calls.
