Energy/Utility Associate Attorney The ideal candidate will demonstrate: 2+ years of experience practicing energy and utility law, including administrative litigation before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio or another state regulatory commission; A working understanding of the disciplines involved with the practice of energy and utility law; Strong legal analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills; and Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Must be licensed to practice in Ohio, now or in the near future. Excellent academic and employment credentials required.
