Title Insurance Agent / Paralegal The candidate will be reviewing real property title searches, deeds, tax records, estate division files, map/plat records, subdivision records, civil actions, etc., preparing title commitments, affidavits and settlement sheets and other closing documents, conducting real estate closings and/or performing special research projects. Should have minimum of 2 years of experience with real estate closings, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and possess a paralegal certificate or a degree from an ABA-approved program, or similar knowledge and experience.
