Paralegal/ Legal Assistant - Immigration Unit The candidate should have 2-5 years of Immigration caseload experience. Bilingual- Fluent in Spanish verbal and written. Experience in EOIR filings including bond hearings, 42A and 42B cancellation of removal, and asylum. Experience in USCIS filings including family-based cases, waivers, VAWA and U visas, affirmative asylum, DACA, etc. Experience with family-based consular processing cases.
