Immigration Counsel Attorney Writer The candidate will draft legal memoranda, motions and pleadings for RFE (Request for Evidence) and other immigration proceedings of the firm. Should have JD Degree and membership in the State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law. Must have experience with business immigration cases. Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs is required. Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills are must. Able to prioritize and take initiative in case management. Outstanding academic credentials is required.
