Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have: 2 years' paralegal experience; a hard worker with a great attitude who understands the working relationships that exist between attorneys and their clients; an experienced paralegal who can work independently and as part of an extremely busy team; able to perform tasks assigned by attorneys with heavy workloads in civil litigation, including, but not limited to, personal injury defense; construction defect defense; product liability defense; premises liability; and trucking liability defense; familiar with Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure in order to calendar the appropriate deadlines for Applicant to timely facilitate the management of Applicant s tasks; and, while not altogether necessary, it would be helpful if Applicant is also familiar with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and able to apply grammatical rules while efficiently and consistently formatting correspondence, pleadings, discovery, etc.
