Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and responding to all discovery. Will be drafting motions to compel. Analysis and summarization of subpoenaed records (medical records, medical billing, employment records, insurance records, etc.). Coordinating retention of experts. Document management. Mediation and trial support. Must possess a California paralegal studies certificate and have 3-5 years of defense litigation experience. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required. Should also have excellent analytical and written communication skills.
