Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate must have excellent writing and organizational skills and a desire to undertake the responsibility of an active case load. The position will allow the applicant to litigate and try his/her own cases. In addition, the applicant will serve as second chair in litigation being handled by the partners. The position requires drafting pleadings, interviewing and preparing clients and witnesses, and handling written discovery, depositions, mediations, oral arguments, and trials. Must be licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia.
