Legal Secretary Candidate will be responsible for the processing of all of the incoming and outgoing documents for the law firm, including scanning and electronically attaching them, e- filing, handling incoming phone calls and being the first contact for incoming clients and others. Prior experience working in a law firm is required. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team. Computer skills and ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks are must.
