Immigration Paralegal The candidate will partner with attorneys to assist with case research. Will meet with client to fill out immigration forms and gather the proper documentation. Call and/or email the proper government entity to request information on a client s case. Draft motions and various court documents. Respond to client inquiries. Prepare cases for federal/state court. Update the case management system. Bachelor s degree is preferred. Paralegal Certification is preferred. Experience with INSZoom or similar case management system is preferred. Should have 2+ years of experience in a law firm setting and 1 of those years in Immigration Law. Must speak and write fluent Spanish. Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed.
