Legal Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of previous experience with supporting Litigation attorneys, employment law, and relevance. Experience with Federal and State eFiling is required. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a strong customer service and teamwork approach; provide support to Litigation attorneys and staff; Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel (advanced skills), PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must have the ability and desire to learn new systems; Case Management experience; ability to generate Table of Contents and Table of Authorities, draft correspondence and create templates; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment; strong problem solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail; exercise sound judgment; ability to work well under pressure, maintain absolute confidentiality.
