Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be join top rated national Plaintiffs personal injury law firm. Assist with telephone, in-person intake and sign up of potential new clients. Must have demonstrated negotiation experience. Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude. Client first attitude. Filing lawsuits, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, preparing clients and presenting them for depositions. Manage a litigation docket of between 50 to 75 cases. Excellent legal research, written and verbal communication skills. Willing to try at least 3 cases per year with firm co-counsel. Juris Doctor Degree (i.e. JD) is required. Texas State Bar licensed is needed. Must have 2+ years Plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience. Able to travel up to 20%. Litigation experience is preferred. Solid knowledge of Texas civil procedure and personal injury law. Personal injury litigation and 1st chair trial experience is preferred. Experience with Needles case management software. Federal Court experience is desired.
