Immigration Attorney The candidate will work on business immigration cases. Attend immigration court hearings occasionally. Prepare and file appeals and motions at USCIS and EOIR. Completing USCIS applications, Preparing briefs, Phone Consultations and various daily activities within an Immigration Law Firm setting. Should have a J.D. or LLM degree from a US based Law School. Must be a licensed attorney admitted to a US State Bar. 2+ years of full-time experience (excluding any unpaid experience) as an Immigration attorney is required. Experience with Employment Immigration (H-1B, L-1, O-1 visa, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 green card, PERM) is crucial. Should have experience with Investment and Family-based Immigration. Experience with consulting and retaining immigration law clients is ideal. Any foreign language is a plus. Must have excellent writing, research and organizational skills.
