Government and Public Policy Attorney The candidate must have experience counseling pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients on a wide range of matters including FDA regulatory and compliance matters; government enforcement matters; corporate governance; internal investigations; drafting compliance policies and conducting compliance training; product marketing and promotion for compliance with FDA drug and device approvals; as well as experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating health care industry-related agreements including professional consulting agreements, collaboration agreements, clinical trial agreements, informed consent agreements, non-disclosure agreements, license agreements, and manufacturing agreements, among others. Excellent academic credentials and experience required. Must hold a JD from top-tier ABA-approved law school and must in good standing and an active member of the Massachusetts Bar.
