Professional Liability Litigation Attorney Duties: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Qualifications: JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school. Admitted to practice in California. Superior academic credentials. 2 years of commercial and/or civil litigation defense experience. Experience handling Professional Liability Litigation matters is preferred but not required. Law Review/Law Journal or Moot Court strongly preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
