Economic Development Finance Attorney The candidates will have existing exposure to, or a strong desire to learn, tax increment financing (TIF) law, tax abatement law, special assessment law, and other methods of public-private financing. Two plus years of experience working with, and knowledge of, commercial real estate finance, public finance, or economic development finance, is a plus. Should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team. Must possess strong workload management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
