Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will have access to plenty of paralegal and secretarial support, to be able to focus on case strategy and trial preparation. Will be expected to take a case from complaint through trial as either first or second chair. Developing case strategy and tactics. Handling law and motion. Taking depositions of both lay and expert witnesses. Negotiate and settle cases for catastrophically injured clients. Preparing cases as needed for trial. Previous personal injury experience is required.
