Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience handling civil litigation matters. Experience in the practice areas of medical malpractice and general liability is a plus. Must have experience reviewing significant amounts of medical records; creating detailed medical chronologies; preparing, responding to, and tracking discovery requests; summarizing discovery responses, medical bills and deposition transcripts; communicating with clients; using state and federal court electronic filing systems; maintenance of paper and electronic files; using Microsoft Office; and assisting in trial preparation.
