Paralegal Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist in the preparation of personal injury defense of cases in state and federal courts. Must have experience with the following: Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery demands and responses, basic motions along with exhibits for service and filing, and correspondence; Experience in client interaction; Experience in e-filing in state and federal courts; Experience in processing records authorizations; Scheduling IMEs, including compiling and organizing medical records for IME doctors; The ability to handle the multiple responsibilities of case management and trial preparation in a fast-paced team environment. Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Should have 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury. Must have experience in managing casework through LexisNexis Time Matters. Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Must have spanish proficiency; speak, read and write with respect to client matters.
