Litigation Paralegal The candidate will establish and maintain regular client contact. Collect relevant insurance and medical information. Contact providers to obtain medical records and billing. Manage case load of 50 - 60 clients; keep files organized. Coordinate and schedule calendars for depositions, mediations, providers, clients, etc. Draft pleadings for attorney; manage litigation calendar; electronically file pleadings in State and Federal courts. Prepare settlement statements for clients; close files. 1-3 years working as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal required. Superior interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers required. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines required.
