Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate entails all aspects of maintaining the Claimant file, from opening to closing, preparing pleadings, docketing, scheduling depositions, obtaining medical records, and talking to Claimants, insurance adjusters, attorneys and doctors offices. Must have 3 years of experience with a Claimant firm. Must be proficient in workers compensation practice and procedures, use good grammar and punctuation, and familiar with the use of common office equipment. Should preferably have High school or equivalent.
