Bilingual Attorney The candidate manages cases from inception through trial. Communicates with clients, adjusters, medical professionals, opposing counsel, the Court, and your team in order to resolve cases efficiently and effectively. Investigates claims and gathers evidence. Documents injuries and expenses and reviews medical records. Drafts pleading, motions, and other legal documents. Negotiates settlements. Strategic thinking in order to zealously advocate for all clients. Manages personnel, including training, coaching, hiring, and discipline. Assists with training personnel. Other duties as assigned. Graduate of an accredited law school- Juris Doctor is required. Should preferably have 3+ years of personal injury experience. Should be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Bar. Bilingual in Spanish and English is needed. Advanced computer skills are required. Proficiency in case management software
