ERISA Counsel Attorney Candidate will be expected to work on ERISA litigation matters and other insurance related matters and perform all of the duties of a traditional law firm associate, including, legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions and pleading, attendance at court conferences, discovery-related activities and investigation, analysis, and drafting of position statements. Requirements: JD Degree. Outstanding academic record; top 25% of class. Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. with 2+ years of general litigation experience to join the firm s expanding ERISA litigation practice and assume the role of a non-shareholder track Counsel. Experience in ERISA litigation preferred. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
