Associate Attorney Probate and Family Litigation The candidate will assist with probate litigation and family court cases. Provide superior customer service to all clients. Proactively manage probate litigation cases and contested family cases from beginning to end. Work with a team of professionals to provide the best possible case strategy. Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction. Must have one of the following: 2 years of practice experience of which must be in probate law, litigation or family law; Newly licensed attorney WITH a strong desire to learn, a willingness to enter a 3 year contract, strong references and good grades in relevant academic coursework. Position involves managing probate cases from beginning to end by working directly with experienced partners and staff as well as serving as a back-up attorney for the family court division. Law Degree from an Accredited University required. Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt required. Be admitted to practice law in South Carolina required. Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Should have technical skills where new programs can be quickly learned.
