Junior Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will be speaking with clients, handling Personal Injury cases from inception to trial, preparing and responding to discovery, drafting settlement demand letters and working with the other members of our law team to keep things running smoothly. Will be drafting and responding to discoveries. Taking declarations. Drafting discovery motions and letter briefs. Follow up regarding status and/or issues with filings in a prompt and professional manner. Interviewing clients, witnesses and others. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in personal injury cases. Written communication skills, command of grammar, spelling, and the English language essential. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, litigation support, and internet is needed. Spanish language fluency is a plus.
