Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Corporate Immigration The candidate will prepare and file various employment-based immigration petitions, forms and support letters, client communication, managing document collection, deadlines and timely and accurate document production to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction. Should have prior law firm, legal assistant or paralegal experience. Experience with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant cases is highly preferred.
