Personal Injury Pre Litigation Managing Attorney The ideal candidate will work directly with Intake Representatives, Case Managers, Demand Writers, Negotiators, Liens Negotiators, and the litigation department to help monitor, review, and prepare cases, negotiate settlements, and refer cases to the litigation department when necessary. Should have 3+ years of experience handling a high volume of pre-litigation personal injury cases. Must have knowledge of orthopedic injuries. Bilingual in Spanish and Needles experience are a huge plus.
