Legal Secretary/Assistant Duties: Dictation. Filing. Scanning all mail and documents. Answering Telephones and taking messages for two attorneys. Court Forms and Court Filing. Logging and Filing Medical Records. Other miscellaneous activities as assigned by two attorneys.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or office setting. Some experience in Workers Compensation and/or Personal Injury is desired. Strong Computer Skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Strong Grammar and Punctuation. Ability to type quickly. Ability to take messages accurately. Attention to detail. Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
