Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be handling Personal injury Pre-Litigation and litigation on claims from A-Z. Superior Client Service and Customer Service. Reviewing Medical Records and analyzing medical records. Initial client contact, Intakes. Sending the letters of representation. Medical records request. Obtaining Police Reports/Relevant Evidence. Resolving PD and loss of use. Scheduling medical appointments and monitoring medical treatments. Confirming and obtaining medical records/bills. Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution. Preparing files for demand. Negotiation of injury settlements. Drafting legal documents. Continuing on into litigation phase to further assistance in scheduling Medical Appointments and monitoring of medical treatments. Should have 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury litigation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is needed. Should have the ability to work independently and handle a large volume of cases.
