Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have experience in Municipal Transactional law. Must be knowledgeable in the subpoena process, can work with a variety of personalities, and be flexible to learn new systems and firm preferences. Should have 3+ years of experience supporting multiple attorneys in a small firm environment and have excellent reliability as well as availability of schedule. Must have heavy document production experience. Should have experience with court filings. Must be proficient in using Word Styles. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Must have strong formatting experience in TOCs and TOAs.
