Immigration Paralegals Duties: Training on becoming an Immigration Paralegal. Draft immigrant applications including non-immigrant visas (H-1B, E-1/2/3, L-1, O-1, J-1, etc.) and immigrant visas (PERM, EB-1, etc.). Maintain files and prepare applications for submission. Draft petition support letters. Assembling presentations and cases before they are delivered to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for adjudication. Opportunities for direct client contact. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. Paralegal Certification is a plus. Computer Skills. Organized and detail oriented. A demonstrated interest in Immigration Law. Strong research and writing skills. Prior document management experience is a plus.
