Paralegal The candidate will independently identify issues and support more than one attorney with mixed, high-volume caseloads of multiple suits, in various stages of litigation through arbitration and trial, while demonstrating initiative in personal and professional development. Additional qualifications include strong computer skills and experience in a paperless office environment. Insurance defense experienced is preferred. Litigation or paralegal experience, paralegal degree or certificate and/or medical training is required. Maintains paralegal competency by participation in continuing education programs. Must successfully complete orientation and training program as designated by the Managing Attorney or the Law Department. Travels via commercial transportation or driving to job related activities.
