Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work in conjunction with the attorneys to effectively manage cases while providing top service to the client. Duties and Responsibilities: Daily case management; Ordering and reviewing police reports, supplemental reports, medical records, insurance policies, etc.; Investigation using Westlaw, REJIS, social media, etc.; Preparing pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, affidavits, medical chronologies and other litigation support documents; Managing attorney s calendar and court deadlines; Preparation of settlement distributions and allocations; and other duties as assigned. Must have High School Diploma. Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Personal injury experience preferred. Must possess strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail. Experience in legal research required. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
