Paralegal - Immigration The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in diverse areas of U.S. immigration and nationality law include preparation and filing with appropriate federal agencies of family and employment based petitions and applications; H-1B, L, E and other nonimmigrant visa applications; Asylum and Immigration and Federal Court litigation support. Must be able to work independently to complete filings professionally and expeditiously. Bi-lingual Spanish helpful.
