Associate Attorney-Client Development The candidate' will be spending time outside of the office, including some evenings and weekends attending and participating in client and trade group events. This is an entry level Associate position. However, previous experience in the Southern California construction marketplace is highly desirable. Will be expected to devote as much time as is necessary to out-of-the-office activities in order to win over new clients. No extended out of the area travel is expected. A good golf game is a plus, as is an interest in outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting or motorcycles. Unlike a conventional associate position, your job performance will NOT be based on billable hours. Will be measured on your ability to effectively introduce our firm's services to key clients. This is a challenging opportunity for the right person and will take a lot of hard work. Will find that this position is unique to the law firm business model.
